All items must be returned within 5 days of receiving them.
Refund will be given as exchange only.

Returns accepted for factory defected items only.
Shipping charges for returns must be paid by the customer.
Exchange will be issued when authorized return arrives.
Shipping charges include insurance.
If the item is damaged due to shipping, make a note on the delivery receipt and file a claim with the courier company immediately.
All products are brand new and are carefully inspected for any damages before they are shipped out to customers.
