Shipping Information

At the moment our shopping cart is not reducing the shipping price on some multiple items purchased. Items on our website have shipping prices based on single item purchases. If you would like to order more than one of a certain item, or a combination of multiple items we can save you money by reducing your shipping costs by combining shipping costs into one shipment price.

Please contact us directly if you would like to make a multiple item purchase and we will provide you with a reduced shipping price. This can save you a lot of money especially when ordering individual poker chip styles in different denominations, etc.

Also, if you would like to receive your order quicker than the standard ground shipping we can supply you with an Express Air shipping price quote by contacting us directly. We can ship overnight, second or third day or by other methods, contact us for details.

Shipping to the Yukon Territories, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Hawaii, and Alaska costs extra. Please contact us for a price quote for shipping to these areas.

Local (Greater Vancouver area) pick up is available from our new warehouse and store located at #203-14301 256th street, Maple Ridge, BC V4R 0B9. Please call ahead to make pick up arrangements (604-462-0022).

Consignee is responsible and agrees to pay extra charges if a re-delivery is needed of their shipment because no one is home to receive it, or if your business is closed on regular business days at time of delivery.
